Over the last couple of weeks, Guerilla Games have been releasing a steady stream of videos to showcase more of Horizon Forbidden Wests world, story and dangers. Until now, all of that has been captured on a PS5 console leaving many to wonder just how the PS4 version of the game would shape up.
Today, Guerilla announced that Horizon Forbidden West has gone gold and to celebrate that production milestone, they’ve released new footage from the game. This time captured on a PS4 Pro console.
The first clip showcases the Plainsong area and the Utaru, the tribe that lives there and makes their homes atop decrepit radar dishes.
The following two extended gameplay clips showcase two of the machines that you will encounter in the wild. The first shows of a fight against a Clamberjaw while the second shows off the Bristleback, which appeared in the games announcement trailer.
Suffice to say, regardless of which machine you choose to play Horizon Forbidden West on, the experience will be nothing short of gorgeously epic when it launches on PS4 and PS5 on February 18th, 2022.
