Welcome to gameblur! We are a diverse collective of hobbyist bloggers-turned-writers, website editors and admins, and semi-professional writers. We hail from a range of professions with well over a century of gaming between us.

Looking to escape the ceaseless rat race that major sites face, constantly juggling an increasingly busy “AAA” release schedule, gameblur aims to focus on a more diverse range of games that interest the staff. We’ll cover several big-budget releases sure, but want to shine a light on indie games and the booming mid-tier “AA” market, both of which receive far too little attention when stacked up against big-publisher marketing budgets.

We’ll be covering important news and new game announcements, but our passion is for previews, reviews, and opinion pieces.
