Developer Rainbites’ latest game, Trigger Witch, launches on July 28th 2021 for PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One and Xbox Series consoles.
An isometric twin stick shooter sporting 16-bit visuals, Trigger Witch places you in the role of Colette, a witch about to graduate from the academy for Witchcraft and Triggery. When her world is invaded, it’s up to Colette to restore peace using her smarts and a whole lot of bullets.
Trigger Witch subverts the cute and colourful pixel art and fantasy style with an ultraviolent twin stick shooter that will let you blast cute, fantasy creatures to pieces across an open world setting designed around classic adventuring styles. The game will feature an assortment of characters to meet and a plethora of new firearms to acquire. Environmental puzzle solving will play as large a role in navigating the world as much as bloodily sending monsters to meet their makers will.
The game can also be played solo or multiplayer and will feature a drop-in local co-op feature.
